  11.         WRAPIT is an ASCII text file utility that will reformat the file
  12. so that each line wraps at or before the column you specify on the
  13. command line.  WRAPIT is intelligent enough to wrap the line without
  14. breaking up any words (unless they are longer than the column width
  15. specified).  The program is command line driven for ease of use.
